Made in France , 1920's .
Made and marked SIEGEL , Paris

Material: paper-maché
Size  : 14" ( 36 cm h )
Condition: it has several little age cracks and damages
 ...but maybe that gives it that extra charm .( see pictures )

Great for display ,to display your old hats or to use as head on your antique
dressform ( see pictures)
